Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily and weekly scheduling for all carpenters

• Assign scope of work and ensure tasks are completed with precision

• Track labor hours, productivity, and progress across multiple job sites

• Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment so crews never stall

• Troubleshoot issues onsite — scope conflicts, missing materials, unclear plans, unexpected conditions

• Support project managers with real‑time field updates and solutions

• Maintain jobsite organization, safety, and quality standards

• Keep momentum high and eliminate bottlenecks before they hit the schedule
